Monty Does It Again (HALOID)

Who remembers me talking about this guy in this post? Not a lot of you? That's okay because you are new. No biggy!

Well, Monty has done something a bit more "Dudel friendly" and used characters I actually know. I'm not really into the DOA or FF series but have played a good chunk of Metroid and Halo. That's right, Master Chief v Samus Aran!

I'd really suggest watching the whole video, despite any odd and/or confusing things you may see in it. If you are a big Halo fan you might call foul on something but come on, its all in good fun.

Watch after the credits for something extra "special". When I say "special" I do mean "short bus" special, at least today I do. Some of you might know that as sQecial, with a Q. If you do not, then don't worry as its probably better for your sanity.

Then again, anyone who is a big Master Chief fan and not a fan of Link, or can at least take a joke, should watch this.

8 Bit Remakes

The title really says it all, honestly. The process of turning a real mp3 and giving it that 8-bit make up. Just a little working and you get something that you'd expect from Generation I systems.

These songs are brilliant and simply searching for them on youtube will bring up a list. Bein specific to the song or band you wish would help too.

Now I figured I would share some of my favorites. Of course there will be a Tool song among them but some others as well.

Song Blog (Stricktly Bangers)

Thanks to the magic that is Blogs of Note I have found a very amusing blog all about random music. That site being Strictly Bangers.

Updated frequently by a few random people the site hits a range of music from the Alternative and Metal scenes all the way to, on a current post, The Beach Boys. Its a nice place to find random music you may have not heard before. I know I have located a bit of random music awesomeness via Strictly Bangers.

On another technically relevant note, here is a song that Pandora recently has been suggesting to me rather often on my "Techno Station". Its from the second matrix movie during the fight when they first try and get the keymaker. Of course this version is the "extended" one, its still cool and you can almost see Neo being a bad ass as the music plays.

Food Conjunction

SISTER SITE!

"Solve Unamusement" officially has itself a "sister blog" about food, and other things of that nature. While the author of "Solve Unamusement" is only a "guest author" you can bet that its all worth a good scanning.

"Lemon Kiss", as the blogs name, is originally authored by Jikei, who also runs a couple of other blogs that are linked to on this site. While "Lemon Kiss" will, at times, falter on the amusement that is "based" for "Solve Unamusement" there are already a couple GREAT POSTS, not counting my own, that are already on the site.

With my recent blog news update this is only to point those in the "right direction" in case "Blog News" isn't a direct amusement.

When there is an update on that blog for any reasons there will be at least a small mention here. There isn't any certainty as to how often posts for that blog will be, either for myself or the main author of it, but a friendly reminder will be posted either way.
