Butthole Surfers

I don't mind the sun sometimes the images it shows
I can taste you on my lips and smell you in my clothes
Cinnamon and sugar-y and softly spoken lies
You never know just how you look through other people's eyes.

Pepper by the Butthole Surfers

Believe this song is classified as "punk rock" but with so many deviations within any set of "genre" it is near impossible to tag without going on a researching the music.

It's That Time Again (Dr. Train)

Some more Dr. Tran awesome with a little bit of crude humor and a lot of BONERS. Well the word, to be exact. This episode of Dr. Tran Fan Mail has Dr. Tran hearing a letter he actually wants to answer. Too bad the voice wants nothing to do with that and has better ideas.

Replay (Short Film)

A short aniBOOm film, that was just amazing. It's French, I believe, but the visuals of the animation and the story are just wonderful. I believe the set up is Chernobyl or something post apocalyptic where the air isn't good to breath, etc. Last few people on the planet and other things of that nature.

Replay - aniBOOM French Film

Yes the story is very simple and the "film" shorter then one might think a short film might be. It was an amusing little film, even if in French, and thought it deserved to be shared to those of Solve Unamusement.

Don't forget to check out other aniBOOM stuff on their main channel or others on Solve Unamusement.

On another only slightly related note, if a "Keyword-Tag" is used on one post and not another and you, as a reader, feel that they should I would like to hear. Not always do I remember or bother with them.

Knytt

Knytt is an indie platformer adventure game, created by Nifflas, that is just brilliantly wonderful. While being generally simple and sorta lacking in point or story the gameplay, music and general feel of the game fully make up for those two things.

Knytt's Page Says:

Story

The Knytt was abducted by an alien! Traveling through space, the UFO flies into a meteor and crashes on a nearby planet. Luckily, the Knytt and the alien survive, but the UFO is a wreck. How can the Knytt possibly find its way back home again?

Generally the whole point of the game is simply to collect a few key items and return to the start point. It sounds simple, and on a basic level is, but the whole package is great. The only downside I found was it was a bit short. The game was beaten in a few hours, though for most of those casual types this could stretch out to many days or even a month if you simply listen to in game hints and don't explore of your own volition.

Difficulty, on a basic level there isn't any difficulty. The game points you to your next "artifact" and there is always a way around jumps that seem impossible (as they probably are). Do not worry about dying/failing, save points are many.

Reveries Closed Beta Soon

Within the week, or so, Reverie.es will be opening it's doors up to those beta testers that were lucky enough, or knew the developer like myself, will be having access to it's forums. The forums, not sure why exactly as the game itself is what needs testing but updates are updates.

Personally, I'm still rather excited about the game and it's possibilities but have this giant voice in my head explaining that not everything is as one thinks. However, here is looking up.

Dudel's Email says:

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE
As some of you may have noticed, there is now a login box on Reveri.es! The user accounts and forum are up and running and seems to be behaving, so I'll be setting up the rest of the closed team user accounts in the next day or two.

Why do I say this? Why do I share this? It's at least an amusement to myself. Not everyone can be as amused as myself, anyway. However, if you are still not amused, then why not poke Monday Artday?

Robot Monster (Awesomely Horrible)

Upon the search for some amusement suggestion a long off ago, some months, there came upon a movie description. This movie was made back in the 1950's, is black and white and totally horrible.

Robot Monster's basic plot is a space monster from some random planet is hoping to control earth. In doing so, he wipes the planet clean with some kind of blast which leaves only eight people alive. How these people are alive is beyond me, the movie was very difficult to sit through.

Wiki Says

Plot:
The evil alien "Ro-Man" has destroyed all but eight humans on Earth with his death ray, the "Calcinator". Survivors include a family of five, a scientist, and two unseen assistants to the scientist in a spacecraft bound for an orbiting space platform carrying a garrison of human soldiers. All eight have developed an immunity to the death ray as a side effect of an antibiotic serum developed by the scientist. Ro-Man must destroy these survivors before his invasion of Earth is complete. He is waylaid in his mission after developing an attraction towards Alice (Earth babe), the eldest daughter of the family. He refuses to eliminate her, forcing "The Great Guidance", leader of the aliens, to personally finish the unsavory task. Finally the young boy apparently wakes up, revealing the entire film was presumably a dream.

Guess the whole movie should have been watched before this post made. Totally just ruined the ending for myself. Well, Robot Monster is an amusement because of how awesomely horrible it is. A movie everyone loves to hate.

Carol of the Bells (Sorta)

Thanks to a comment on a week old Christmas post of Carol of the Bells this was suggested. You have Solve Unamusement's favorite forum troll joo.

joo actually comes up with quite a lot of amusements for Solve Unamusement but does not always get credit for them. Usually his thoughts or words are only indirectly influencing but today, a winner was given.

Warning: This might offend some people. How, I'm not exactly sure but there is a voice in my head saying as such.

Carol of the Old Ones

Thank You joo, for being so helpful.

Now go back to trolling before anyone notices you are missing.
